lHermetic sealing is achieved via a glass-to-metal sintering process, enabling stable operation under ultra-high vacuum (UHV) conditions (≤10⁻¹⁰ mbar).
lBoth the vacuum-side and atmospheric-side interfaces feature industry-standard OMEGA SMPW (vacuum side) and HMPW (atmospheric side) thermocouple receptacles, facilitating rapid, repeatable, and low-contact-resistance mating without compromising signal integrity.
