lHuipuVAC Thermocouple vacuum feedthroughs are engineered to reliably transmit thermocouple signals across the boundary of vacuum chambers—either into or out of the chamber environment.

lAll electrical pins are fabricated from certified thermocouple-grade alloys (specifically, Type K: Ni–Cr positive leg and Ni–Si negative leg), ensuring traceable thermal EMF performance and measurement fidelity.

lHermetic sealing is achieved via a glass-to-metal sintering process, enabling stable operation under ultra-high vacuum (UHV) conditions (≤10⁻¹⁰ mbar).

lBoth the vacuum-side and atmospheric-side interfaces feature industry-standard OMEGA SMPW (vacuum side) and HMPW (atmospheric side) thermocouple receptacles, facilitating rapid, repeatable, and low-contact-resistance mating without compromising signal integrity.
