There are many types of vacuum electrodes. According to the electrode sealing materials, they can be divided into glass metal sealing electrodes and ceramic metal sealing electrodes; according to the voltage level of vacuum, they can be classified into low voltage electrodes for vacuum and high voltage electrodes for vacuum. Two kinds. Each type of electrode has various structures such as low current, high current, and special requirements to meet the needs of many vacuum devices.
1) Glass-to-metal sealing electrode. This structure is characterized by sealing the metal core column in glass with a special design shape to avoid stress in the glass.
2) Ceramic metal sealing electrodes can be divided into two types: brazing sealing and rubber sealing. The feature of this structure is that the metal core column is sealed with the ceramic through solder or rubber ring. The ceramic is used as an insulator and the solder is integrated with the metal core column. The structure is simple and the sealing performance is good. It belongs to the permanent electrode sealing form.
3) Low-voltage electrodes for vacuum. Low voltages are generally below kilovolts, and voltages above kilovolts are called high voltages.
