Cleaning treatment of electric vacuum process

    Since various pollutions can deteriorate the quality of the electric vacuum device and affect the service life and reliability, the electric vacuum process has particularity. Generally speaking, the metal materials or parts used in electric vacuum devices must be degreasing after machining. Both alkaline solutions and organic solvents can remove grease and other dirt on the metal surface. After degreasing, if there are still oxides on the metal surface, pickling is generally used to etch the metal. After pickling, it should be neutralized with ammonia or boiled in boiling water, otherwise the metal will rust again. The best cleaning method is to burn the hydrogen after the parts are chemically treated to remove the impurities or oxides remaining on the surface and drive away most of the gas adsorbed by the metal. Use distilled or deionized water for the final rinse. Because the water is not clean, impurities can also contaminate the materials. The last thing to note is that the material loaded into the vacuum system or device is preferably freshly cleaned. If it is to be stored for a period of time, it must be wrapped with fiber-free cleaning paper or aluminum foil, and then placed in a desiccator or vacuum storage cabinet to prevent the surface of the material from being dirty or oxidized again.

    In order to ensure the success of the cleaning work, in addition to the very clean container containing the device, the holding and wiping tools are also worth noting. Naked hands are very terrible, it will bring organic grease and other dirt, and make any strict decontamination results attributable to failure. Therefore, under normal circumstances, stainless steel tweezers (which can avoid rust in the air and resist acid and alkali erosion) should be used to clamp the items. The material used to wipe the exterior of the device generally uses absorbent cotton, but when wiping internal or rough surface objects, clean white silk is used to avoid residual fibers. Silk gloves or cotton gloves will quickly absorb sweat and permeate sweat. Rubber gloves contain sulfur and are inconvenient to remove. White plastic gloves are better, but you must wear rubber gloves when using cyanide solution. Masks are necessary even in general occasions, and elastic bands for mask bands are more suitable than gauze bands.

    After cleaning, dry materials should be wrapped with translucent paper or aluminum foil that does not easily drop fibers, and then placed in a vacuum cabinet or desiccator for storage.
