Design principle of vacuum heating equipment

    Because the air in the vacuum is very thin, the heating under the vacuum mainly relies on heat conduction and heat radiation. Heating is carried out in a vacuum chamber. The complete vacuum heating device is generally composed of vacuum chamber, heater, temperature measuring element, vacuum piping system, vacuum instrument, vacuum connector, electric control system, heat insulation and heat preservation device, etc.

    Before designing vacuum heating, we must first analyze the characteristics of the heated object and formulate the heating process. Choose heaters of appropriate size and power, select temperature measurement components with appropriate temperature measurement range and installation size, and how to install and arrange the heater and temperature measurement components in the vacuum chamber.

    When designing the vacuum chamber, it is necessary to consider how the heated objects enter and exit, and how to pick and place them. How to install and fix the heater inside the vacuum chamber; how to arrange the valves, pipes, vacuum instruments, operating doors, observation windows, etc. of the vacuum chamber?

    According to the thermal field distribution of the heater and its influence on the temperature of the vacuum chamber and the outside, design a suitable heat insulation or heat preservation layer;

    According to the process requirements of vacuuming, use suitable vacuum pumps, vacuum valves, vacuum gauges, etc.;

    According to the power supply or signal connection inside and outside the vacuum chamber, vacuum degree and leakage rate requirements, working voltage, current, working temperature, signal type and number of channels, select the appropriate vacuum connector;

    Finally, the electronic control software system is designed according to the predetermined heating process, the temperature curve during heating, the vacuum curve, the production cycle, and the operation steps. In addition, the alarm system of the entire system and the intelligent requirements of the factory must also be considered.
