The rough vacuum is generally sealed with glue, and the high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum use glass and ceramics. Or special glue to seal;

    Second, we need to clarify the number and types of signals to be introduced, the voltage, current, frequency, signal type, number of electrodes, etc. that the electrodes pass through, and choose the appropriate needle diameter and needle distance based on the above information; if it is a thermocouple , Use a dedicated connector; if it is communication, pay attention to the type of communication interface, such as Ethernet, serial port, usb, optical fiber, etc.;

    Third, we must choose the appropriate installation size and method. Generally, the higher the vacuum requirement, the more reliable the sealing ring and the connector fastening method. The quick release clamp is generally used for the rough vacuum and the medium vacuum.

    Finally, we must pay attention to the special requirements of the working environment, such as temperature, acid and alkali, oil, dust, waterproof, anti-electromagnetic interference, etc. The connector housing will have a corresponding design during the design.
