Reasons for poor vacuum

1) Poor pumping. That is, there is a problem with the pumping system itself. For example: Diffusion pump is not working properly, this may be due to too much or too little pump oil, improper pump heating power, oxidized or dirty pump oil, poor pump cooling effect, dirty mechanical pump oil or high water content, internal parts Caused by wear or scratches, increased anti-diffusion and other reasons.

2) Deflate. There is a source of gas or vapor inside the vacuum system or container. Mainly caused by poor vacuum cleaning (cleaning, drying), improper material selection or dead space in the design.

3) Air leakage. It is mainly caused by poor welding processing or installation, loss of elasticity or insufficient compression of the sealing ring at low temperatures, and uncleanliness.
