Vacuum is a relatively special environment, and the temperature distribution of the same thermal field will be very different in the vacuum and the atmosphere. Because the gas is very rare in vacuum, heat exchange is mainly accomplished through heat conduction and heat radiation. The thermocouple is a contact temperature measurement method, and the temperature measurement probe needs to be well fixed with the measured object to ensure that the temperature measurement probe can quickly and accurately respond to temperature changes.
The difficulty lies in how to ensure the flexible arrangement of temperature measuring probes and the airtightness of the vacuum chamber. We already know that thermocouples can be classified into many thermocouples with different graduation numbers based on different positive and negative materials. Then the corresponding thermocouple vacuum connector lead must be made of matching materials, which is a difficult point; how to quickly connect the thermocouple wire to the connector, especially when there are more temperature probes in the vacuum chamber, how to arrange and wire it? This is the second difficulty.
