    The original conditions of vacuum resistance furnace design and issues to be considered:

    First, determine the furnace design scheme according to the user's requirements for furnace performance indicators.

    1. Purpose, only knowing the purpose can the furnace type be determined. If it is used for annealing, quenching, sintering, hot pressing, or for pulling single crystals, reduction, purification, distillation, etc.

    2. Use temperature, after knowing the use temperature (including common temperature and maximum use temperature), you can choose the appropriate heating body material and refractory insulation material.

    3. The size of the uniform temperature zone, including the requirements for the size of the uniform temperature zone and the temperature difference range.

    4. The vacuum degree in the furnace, the vacuum system is designed according to the vacuum degree requirements proposed by the process according to the furnace purpose. The vacuum degree in the furnace includes the ultimate vacuum degree and the vacuum degree during common work.

    5. The amount of gas released from the furnace material mainly refers to the amount of gas released during the processing of the material in the furnace, and it is necessary to understand whether the amount of gas released during the entire process is uniform.

    6. The amount of material loaded and the shape and specific gravity of the material. Understanding the shape, size and weight of the material is to determine the size of the studio. If the material is a pipe, the working room is slender; if the material is granules, it should have a crucible, etc.; if the material is continuous annealing of strips, it is necessary to consider having two crimping equipment. Knowing the charging amount and specific gravity, the size and production capacity of the furnace can be determined.

    7. Chemical reaction, whether there is a chemical reaction in the processing of the material, whether it is exothermic or endothermic, this part of the heat income or heat expenditure should be considered in the heat balance.

    8. Shielding gas. Shielding gas can be used in addition to vacuum. The composition and type of the gas used are neutral, oxidizing or reducing, and the pressure and flow rate of the gas.

    9. Degree of mechanization and automation:

    (1) Manually, adjusting power and switching vacuum valves are all manual.

    (2) Electric or pneumatic, adjust the power and switch valves, and automatically control the furnace temperature when the specified temperature is reached.

    (3) All realize program control.

    10. The heating time of the furnace, the speed of the furnace heating is related to the total power of the furnace, and the furnace needs to have a larger power to make the furnace heat up quickly.

    11. Regarding safety protection issues, such as proper temperature around the furnace, good heating and ventilation, the equipment should be placed in the exhaust hood when removing harmful gases, etc. In addition, there are alarm measures such as explosion-proof, electrical, and vacuum damage.

    12. Furnace production form

    (1) Periodic;

    (2) Semi-continuous;

    (3) Continuous.

    13. Other special requirements, if there are special requirements, the user must specifically put forward so that they can be considered in the design.
