lHuipuVAC SA‑series vacuum feedthroughs feature a patented structural design and are specifically engineered to suppress vacuum sparking, vacuum breakdown, and low-pressure electrical breakdown.

lThe vacuum seal employs a glass‑sintering process that delivers ultra‑high vacuum (UHV) sealing performance.

lPlugs are provided on both the vacuum and atmospheric sides, allowing easy plugging/unplugging for simple assembly and wiring. The plugs feature a keyed (polarized) design to prevent misinsertion and are made of low‑outgassing materials, making them suitable for high‑voltage (HV) environments.

lBoth sides are equipped with terminals that feature a rugged, wear‑resistant design, ensuring reliable performance after repeated plugging/unplugging.

lMultiple mounting options are available, and a complete selection of flange interfaces (KF/CF/HF/ISO) is offered for connection to vacuum chambers.
