lHuipuVAC S-series Vacuum Feedthroughs feature a dense multi-pin layout. Specifically designed for electrical signals transmission inside and outside the vacuum chamber.

lThe vacuum seal adopts the glass sintering process, featuring UHV sealing performance.

lBoth vacuum side and atmospheric side are equipped with plugs, can be plugged and unplugged, assembly and wiring is very convenient. The plugs are anti-misinstallation design and made with low gas release rate meterials, which can be used in HV environments.

lBoth sides are equipped with terminals, the terminals are all of durability design, enabling multiple plug-ins and unplugs.

lThere are various installation methods, with multiple flange interfaces such as KF/CF/HF/ISO for connection and installation with vacuum chambers.
